3. Delivery and shipping policy:

• For companies and shops:

Alrawdah Springs is committed to free and fast delivery to shops and companies, provided that the minimum order is 200 cartons for all emirates except Abu Dhabi and its suburbs, with a minimum of 1000 cartons.

• For customers and home deliveries:

Alrawdah Springs is committed to free and fast home delivery, provided that the minimum order is 200 AED for all emirates except Abu Dhabi and its suburbs.

• Exchange, Return, and Cancellation Policy:

The customer is responsible for checking the validity and quality of the water during delivery. You are entitled to replace the order only within 7 days of receiving it, as the condition of the product will be verified by our quality department. If it is approved that the shipment is damaged, we will replace it with another shipment.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. For subscription-based deliveries, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the billing period has started.

Alrawdah Springs adopts a policy of not refunding money, except in cases where an order was canceled before dispatch or if a damaged or incorrect product was reported within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, a replacement will be provided.
