شروط واضحة للطلب من ينابيع الروضة، والتوصيل، والدفع، والاسترجاع، واستخدام موقع rswater.ae.

1. Acceptance

By placing an order or using rswater.ae, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Product images are for illustration; actual appearance may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation with an order number.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, and Bank Transfer.
  • Online card payment options may be added when available.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for valid operational reasons, with a full refund where payment was taken.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver across all UAE emirates. Delivery availability may vary by product and emirate.
  • Free delivery is available on every order according to current delivery rules.
  • Delivery dates and time slots are estimates and may change due to route conditions.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule.

5. 5-Gallon Bottle Deposit

  • A refundable deposit of AED 17 per bottle applies to 5-gallon water bottles.
  • The deposit is refunded when empty bottles are returned to our delivery team.
  • Damaged or unreturned bottles may forfeit the deposit.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Unopened products may be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a refund.
  • Opened products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • To start a return, contact us by WhatsApp or email.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Alrawdah Springs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

1. القبول

عند تقديم طلب أو استخدام موقع rswater.ae، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام الموقع أو الخدمات.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

  • جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
  • صور المنتجات للتوضيح، وقد يختلف الشكل الفعلي قليلا.
  • نحتفظ بحق تصحيح أخطاء الأسعار قبل تأكيد الطلب.
  • قد تتغير الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الطلبات والدفع

  • يتم تأكيد الطلب عند استلام رسالة تأكيد عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على رقم الطلب.
  • نقبل الدفع نقدا عند الاستلام، أو بالبطاقة عند الاستلام، أو التحويل البنكي.
  • قد تتم إضافة خيارات الدفع الإلكتروني عند توفرها.
  • نحتفظ بحق إلغاء الطلبات لأسباب تشغيلية واضحة، مع رد كامل للمبلغ إذا تم الدفع مسبقا.

4. التوصيل

  • نوصل إلى جميع إمارات دولة الإمارات. قد تختلف إمكانية التوصيل حسب المنتج والإمارة.
  • التوصيل المجاني متاح لكل طلب وفق قواعد التوصيل الحالية.
  • مواعيد وفترات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتغير حسب ظروف المسار.
  • إذا لم تكن متاحا وقت التوصيل، سيتواصل معك فريقنا لإعادة الجدولة.

5. تأمين عبوة 5 جالون

  • ينطبق تأمين قابل للاسترداد بقيمة 17 درهما لكل عبوة مياه 5 جالون.
  • يتم رد التأمين عند إعادة العبوات الفارغة إلى فريق التوصيل.
  • قد لا يتم رد التأمين في حال تلف العبوات أو عدم إرجاعها.

6. الاسترجاع والاسترداد

  • يمكن إرجاع المنتجات غير المفتوحة خلال 24 ساعة من التوصيل لاسترداد المبلغ.
  • لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة إلا في حال وجود عيب.
  • تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة.
  • لبدء طلب استرجاع، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني.

7. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به قانون دولة الإمارات، لا تتحمل ينابيع الروضة مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا.

8. القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم دولة الإمارات بالنظر في أي نزاع.
